Marketing Assistant

About this job

Based in our Sydney CBD head office, the Marketing Assistant will help develop, coordinate and implement a wide range of marketing and communication projects.

Responsibilities

  • Help come up with innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Design, communicate, monitor and continually improve integrated marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign success
  • Manage trade shows and industry events
  • Update the company website using a CMS
  • Update and manage the company's social media presence
  • Create and build communications using our email platform
  • Help manage and leverage our sponsorship and community partners, which include the North Queensland Cowboys, Brisbane Broncos and South Sydney Rabbitohs

Requirements

  • You will have at least 1-2 years marketing experience
  • A degree level of education and/or proven success in a similar role
  • A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Be proactive and able to use initiative
  • Copywriting skills (project briefing, content writing/proofing, promotional content development)
  • Experience using Adobe Suite (InDesign & Photoshop) is an advantage
