As a fast growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Allara Learning is looking for training facilitators for following industries:

  • Hospitality (pubs sector)
  • Retail
  • Business Administration and Management

Delivery of courses are face-to-face in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver nationally recognised classroom and workplace training
  • Mentor and motivate trainees through face-to-face interaction and online learning support
  • Deliver flexible programs to suit different types of staff

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Vocational or tertiary qualifications equivalent to or higher than area of training
  • Knowledge of Training package and AQTF
  • Knowledge of VET systems and requirements
  • Training experience in relevant industry
  • Minimum of 3 years current industry experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills
