Overview

During storage and transport, food may be exposed to hazards from the environment or cross-contamination from other food.

Proper food storage and transport are required to prevent or minimise the risk of foodborne illnesses for customers. This online interactive training course uses real-life scenarios and thought-provoking challenges to educate staff about how to transport food, store food and determine if food is safe to serve.
