About the program
Cowboys Dream, Believe, Achieve – Hospitality is a training and employment program delivering nationally accredited training in hospitality to unemployed and disadvantaged North Queenslanders, with mentoring support to assist in completing training and securing ongoing paid employment.
Opportunity to obtain a SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality. This nationally recognised qualification gives graduates the skills and knowledge to work in a variety of hospitality settings.
A dedicated mentor from the Cowboys' community team provides 1-on-1 mentoring and learning guidance to participants, during the in-class training and for a period of 12 months from commencement, assisting participants to secure ongoing paid employment.
Be a part of one of the Australia’s fastest growing sectors. The hospitality industry offers a variety of different roles, in a range of different types of venues, including restaurants and cafes, clubs, pubs and hotels.
Professional trainers from Allara Learning provide a mix of classroom-based, hands-on instruction and work experience for students, giving them the knowledge and skills to succeed in the hospitality industry.
