Allara Learning trainer Julie-Anne Whitfield on Mental Health panel at Fine Food show

Allara Learning trainer Julie-Anne Whitfield will be speaking on the Talkin’ Chef Live: Staff Wellbeing & Mental Health panel on Monday 9 September at the Fine Food show.
Julie-Anne has over 35 years experience working and training in the hospitality industry, and currently delivers leadership and management training to the industry’s future leaders, through programs such as the Merivale Development Program.
Julie-Anne is passionate about raising awareness around mental health issues in the hospitality industry, which she incorporates into her training. She also acts as an advisor for the R U OK? hospitality campaign.
The panel moderated by Chef Adam Moore will be apart of Fine Food’s Talking Shop Program. Panel members will discuss how those in hospitality can raise awareness around the mental health challenges faced by the industry, and discuss how to appropriately support staff and workmates to handle the pressures that come with what is an exciting, yet demanding, workplace.
