The Brisbane Broncos have joined forces with Allara Learning to deliver the new Broncos Building Brighter Futures program which will enable local jobseekers over the age of 15 to obtain a SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality. This nationally recognised qualification gives graduates the skills and knowledge to work in a variety of hospitality settings through a mix of classroom-based, hands-on instruction and work experience.
Broncos CEO Paul White highlighted his excitement for the partnership and the outcomes it will achieve. “We’re thrilled to welcome Allara to our Broncos family… Education is a gift in my life and we see it as a gift in other people’s lives”.
Andrew Lewis, CEO of Allara Learning added “It is a tried and tested program. It does work, and having the support of industry behind it, [industry partners] are going to get amazing results”. He continued by saying “It’s a program that I believe offers opportunities that changes people’s lives”.
The hospitality industry is one of the world’s fastest growing industries and the Brisbane Broncos partnership with Allara Learning aims to help encourage and guide youth into the workplace.
