Rashays, a prominent name in quick, casual dining, sought to open a new restaurant in Belconnen, ACT, and faced the challenge of finding job-ready staff. In response, they collaborated with Allara Learning to create a tailored training program that aligned with the nationally recognized SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality. This initiative aimed to equip individuals with little to no industry or employment experience with the skills needed for success. The program featured intensive training delivered by professional instructors, blending classroom-based and hands-on learning within a real working environment. The outcome was exceptional, with all program graduates receiving employment offers, reinforcing Rashays' commitment to both quality dining experiences and community empowerment.
