Comron Mubarakai is a highly experienced and passionate hospitality professional with over 15 years of industry experience. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hospitality) from the prestigious Swiss Hotel Management Les Roches, where he gained extensive knowledge and drive for the hospitality industry.

Comron's career has taken him to renowned hotels around the world, including the Mandarin Oriental in London, the Marriott in Guangzhou, China, the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, USA, and the Esplanade Hotel in Fremantle, Australia. His exceptional work ethic and customer-focused attitude earned him recognition as a finalist for the Front of House Customer-Focused Award at the Australian Hotels Association (AHA) awards in 2011.

One of the highlights of Comron's industry experience is his ownership and operation of a franchise of Sumo Salad for six years in Perth, WA. This unique perspective as a business owner and trainer has enriched his training sessions, where he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and insights.

Currently, Comron serves as the State Operations Manager for Allara Learning, where he leads the training and assessment services for the state of QLD. He provides guidance and support to a team of facilitators, delivers training and assessment, and plays a pivotal role in the review, amendment, and adaption of all learning resources that are delivered. His open, clear communication style and experience as both a trainer and business owner have made him highly effective in his role.

Comron's passion for sharing his knowledge and skills is evident in his training style, which is known for being innovative and inclusive. He delivers courses to over 200 students each year, including those with low literacy and numeracy, disabilities, disadvantaged backgrounds, and Indigenous Australians. His natural charisma, approachable demeanor, and genuine listening skills have made him a sought-after trainer and mentor.  

Comron has faced his own challenges in adapting to a new culture, language, and teaching methods, which has given him a unique perspective and empathy towards his students. Many of his students have overcome their barriers to learning and have gone on to successful careers in hospitality, thanks to Comron's impactful training and mentoring.
