Our community programs are aimed at helping unemployed and under-represented groups gain the skills that lead to real and sustainable employment.
Programs are developed in consultation with potential employers and delivered in line with specific job roles and existing vacancies.
How it works
Program steps
1. Interview
Working with you, we find and select jobseekers with the values and attributes to be a good fit for the role and culture of your business.
2. Training and work experience
Jobseekers are equipped with the skills required for the role through pre-employment training. We develop and deliver training programs tailored to your specific needs, business processes and culture.
3. Evaluation
You can evaluate a jobseeker's performance when they undertake work experience, before making an offer of employment.
Funding
JobReady programs can be funded by the Australian Government and delivered at no cost to the organisation.
