Allara Learning and Townsville’s luxury resort and premier entertainment destination The Ville Resort-Casino have teamed up to deliver a new hospitality training academy in North Queensland.

The Ville Training Academy will provide local jobseekers with the practical skills and knowledge to succeed in the hospitality industry.

Allara Learning worked closely with The Ville Resort-Casino to develop a tailored program that delivers training in the theory of working in food and beverage, as well as real-world experience across The Ville venues.

The luxury resort and iconic entertainment destination has three prized restaurants, four bars and a casino, making it an ideal venue for trainees to gain valuable experience across a number of work environments.

Allara Learning CEO Andrew Lewis said:

“We are delighted to partner with The Ville Training Academy. The Academy gives local jobseekers in North Queensland a great foundation for a successful career in the hospitality industry.”

Applications for The Ville Training Academy are now open.
