New resources for supporting your apprentice or trainee

Workplace supervisors play a central role in the success of apprenticeship and traineeship programs. A capable supervisor can make workplace training meaningful and enjoyable for both the supervisor and the apprentice/trainee.

To help businesses get the best outcomes from their training programs, Training Services NSW has created a new series of videos to help workplace supervisors of an apprentice or trainee to:

  • understand your role as a workplace coach and mentor;
  • assist your apprentice or trainee to become independent; and
  • develop your apprentice or trainee as a valued member of your workforce
