Congratulations to our recent ALH Hotels students on their achievements!
Recently 13 students from various ALH venues participated in a dynamic and engaging 16-week program. The course content focused on enhancing students’ leadership skills, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and critical thinking in various work-based scenarios.
Students had the opportunity to rotate among clusters in different regions of Melbourne, enabling them to gain valuable hands-on experience across a diverse range of businesses within the group, familiarising themselves with key services such as F&B, Gaming, and Accommodation.
Upon successfully completing the program, each student was awarded a BSB40120 Certificate IV Business, recognising their dedication and achievement. They were given a platform to showcase their growth and insights by presenting their key learnings and takeaways from the program to their facilitators.
