Kate is an energetic, experienced and highly capable people consultant, leadership facilitator and executive coach, who has held senior roles across Queensland, Melbourne and Sydney and now leads Zest People Solutions. Kate’s top strengths are Activator, WOO, Communication, Achiever and Input. Prior to Zest, Kate was the Group People Experience Manager for Merivale, an innovative hospitality business with 3,000 staff and has also held roles as the Manager Human Resources at Tennis Australia and the Australian Open and the Principle HR Advisor at Oaks Hotels & Resorts. Kate holds a Bachelor of Business, with distinction, majoring in Human Resource Management from QUT and has completed various industry-specific qualifications. She is an Accredited Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and an Ambassador for Elladex, an impacts-based movement improving the world, one woman at a time. An accomplished HR Generalist, Kate enjoys working with organisations and individuals who are driven to improve, show up authentically and have an appetite to grow through experimentation and change.
