• Performance Calculations: Participants will learn to source, verify, and calculate data crucial for implementing revenue and yield management strategies.
• Strategic Evaluation and KPI Analysis: The course sharpens expertise in using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate various revenue and yield management strategies, such as pricing and distribution, and teaches how to combine these strategies effectively for practical use.
• Implementation, Evaluation, and Communication: Participants will master the implementation of comprehensive revenue and yield management strategies, assess their effectiveness, and understand stakeholder roles.
