Having held executive and operational roles including CEO, General Manager, Operations Manager, Licensee, and Licensed Manager, Aidan has directed operations at iconic venues such as the Coogee Legion Club, Coogee Diggers, Bondi Icebergs Club, Kings Cross Hotel, Shark Hotel, Maloney’s Hotel, and the Cauliflower Hotel, alongside major community events like the Taste of Coogee Food & Wine Festival.
