Brenton Miller
Brenton Miller has been a professional in the hospitality industry for most of his life, starting from a young age when he used to help his dad with his catering business. With a solid background in hospitality management, Brenton has worked his way up from various roles to become a licensee of a large venue in Western Sydney. His extensive experience in different positions within hotels, pubs, and clubs has given him a unique perspective on the industry.
One of the highlights of Brenton's career has been the unwavering support he received from his group and operations managers, who mentored him in high-level operations of a multi-faceted business. Drawing on this valuable experience, Brenton has transitioned into the training and facilitating space, where he has been making a significant impact since 2021.
Currently, Brenton is involved in teaching Certificate III and IV in Business, as well as Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. His passion for developing the skills and abilities of his students is evident in his teaching style. He derives great satisfaction from witnessing the "aha" moment when his students grasp new concepts and understand their significance in the hospitality industry.
