Edoardo Scepi
Edoardo is a highly accomplished Head Chef and vocational educator who brings over 10 years of commercial kitchen leadership experience to his role as a Trainer and Assessor. With a career defined by managing multicultural teams and leading operations at venues such as Yalla Sawa in Cronulla, Edoardo specialises in delivering practical, industry-relevant training that prepares students for the demands of a modern kitchen. He is trilingual, fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, and possesses an extensive knowledge of diverse global cuisines, which allows him to connect with and support a wide range of learners.
Edoardo is deeply committed to educational excellence, he is currently completing a Diploma of Education through Southern Cross University. His technical expertise is backed by a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a recognised status as a Food Safety Supervisor Trainer in NSW. As a member of the Australian Culinary Federation, he integrates real-world kitchen insights with modern instructional techniques to help students develop the confidence and technical skills required to succeed as hospitality professionals.
