Additionally, Rod has earned a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, along with Diplomas in Leadership and Management, and Business. At Allara Learning Rod is a subject matter expert in leadership development, emotional intelligence, self-leadership design, and organisation change.

Rod's career is marked by his commitment to fostering leadership and facilitating organisational change. As the co-founder and Chief Wellbeing Officer at Personhood360, he leads initiatives focused on organisational transformation and wellbeing. His role as Principal Consultant at Rod Soper Consulting involves designing and implementing leadership development programs and conducting action research to drive sustainable change.

In his earlier roles, Rod demonstrated his expertise in educational leadership. He co-founded and directed Thinkers.inq, creating a pioneering play-based learning model that integrates wellbeing development.
