In an exciting initiative to bolster the next generation of pub leaders, Australian Hotelier has launched the Future Leaders Scholarship. This program is designed to empower and support the rising stars within the hospitality industry, providing them with the tools and training needed to excel in their careers.

Who can apply?
The Future Leaders Scholarship is open to those currently working in roles such as Assistant Venue Manager, or other specialised or junior group roles (e.g., Venue Marketing Manager, Sous Chef, Events Coordinator) in pubs across Australia. If you are eager to advance your career in the hospitality sector, this is a prime opportunity for you.
The scholarship details
The recipient of the Future Leaders Scholarship will be awarded a $5,000 leadership training program, designed to enhance their skills and prepare them for advanced leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Additionally, Carlton & United Breweries has generously donated a 4 Pines Brewery Education Session valued at $4,000 for the winner and nine finalists. This exclusive session will provide an in-depth look into brewery operations, offering invaluable insights to further enrich the learning experience and career development of our emerging leaders. This scholarship not only offers financial support but also an invaluable chance to learn from experienced professionals and gain insights that will propel your career forward.
