Allara Learning will be launching a new Chef Apprenticeship Program in Brisbane based on their highly successful Merivale Chef Apprenticeship School.
The new innovative programme is specifically designed to inspire, guide and mentor the next generation of chefs. The programme will be led by renowned Executive Chef, Jimmy Richardson and his team at Leonards Bar & Bistro, Brisbane.
James Richards, General Manager of Allara Learning, and Kate Tones (Hemat-Siraky), Director of Zest People Solutions and former Group People Experience Manager at Merivale, will host an event on June 27 at Leonards Bar & Bistro, Brisbane. The event aims to inform industry professionals about the launch of the Chef Apprenticeship Program in Brisbane.
