Course plan
Service and teamwork aims to equip you with the skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service whilst ensuring a welcoming environment for all. You will not only develop the ability to understand and address customer needs, handle complaints, and manage difficult situations with a positive approach while you will also dive into aspects of teamwork and the application of cultural sensitivity.

This course is delivered through classroom based training that includes simulated on-the-job experiences.
An Allara Learning training facilitator conducts training within simulated classroom environments to develop your foundational skills and knowledge.
Through Allara Learning’s Student Portal you will be able to:
- Access your learning materials and assessments
- Undertake and complete assessments
- Contact your trainers and assessors
- Receive feedback on your assessment outcomes
The duration for the course is 2 full days. To complete the course in this timeframe, you will need to attend each of the scheduled workshops and complete each of the assessment tasks.

At the conclusion of the JobReady training if you obtain paid employment, speak with your employer and our client relations team about continuing your training in a hospitality qualification through a traineeship pathway.
The resources and equipment required to deliver this training will be provided by Allara Learning at our Brisbane campus.
All participants will need to ensure they wear appropriate attire and bring with them:
- their photo identification,
- a note book, and
- a pen.
Yes, this course leads to a nationally recognised statement of attainment.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive a statement of attainment for the following units of competency:
