Andrew Mitsikas is an accomplished Facilitator with a career spanning over 25 years in hospitality and customer service, and 15 years of experience in facilitation. He specialises in providing tailored training and assessment solutions in various areas including Business, Leadership, Human Resources, Change Management, DISC Behavioural Profiling, Coaching and Mentoring, Hospitality, Retail, Customer Service, and Food Safety Supervision.

Andrew's career highlights include graduating from Qantas Ground School as a Flight Attendant with the highest mark in his class. In his years as a hospitality professional, he was also chosen to be the McDonald's Restaurant Manager for the Melbourne Grand Prix site in 1999 and 2000, where he successfully hired and trained 500 employees for a four-day event. Under his leadership, the team broke the Asia/Pacific sales record.

His passion for hospitality turned into a desire to teach others, Andrew is currently teaching from Cert III to Diploma in Hospitality, Cert IV and Diploma of Leadership and Management, Cert III Retail, Cert IV Retail Management, and Food Safety Supervisor courses.
