Congratulations to Troy Vale – Regional Winner at the 2025 NSW Training Awards!

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Troy Vale, who has been named the 2025 NSW Training Awards Regional Winner for School-Based Apprentice/Trainee of the Year (Central & Northern Sydney).

Troy is completing a School-Based Traineeship with MTR Corporation (Australia), and recently achieved his BSB30120 Certificate III in Business qualification through Allara Learning. His dedication, professionalism, and standout performance across both work and study have earned him this outstanding recognition.

Troy will now represent his region — and Allara Learning as his training provider — at the NSW State Interviews this July in the next stage of the awards process.

Troy’s journey was supported by Allara Learning trainer Brenton Miller whose guidance helped ensure the training was practical, engaging, and industry-relevant.
